Sounds like both parties were legally carrying. If the dude was dumb enough to say the shit prosecution alleged him to have said on social media...welll...that murder will stick. It shows premediation in the eyes of public opinion, even if there wasn't any during the killing. Is their a video of what led up to the killing? Or the killing itself?
