***Fail***

lol he had to cut the tree down with a hand saw to get it out:lmao:. I could make a pretty funny series following my uncle around farming. Crazy shit is always happening to him. Last winter he had to rescue a calf that was stuck upside down in a grain bin:homer:
We were trenching to run some gas line. Next day I went out to start again and there was a tiny fawn wedged upside down in the trench, barely alive. Lifted her out and away she hobbled.

Release location has come out as Sheephorn mountain, 25 minutes from Silverthorne in the Gore Range. You know, in case anyone is interested.

The TV show? You are aware that is fake?
Oh, I do. Was just making sure you do too. When that collar stops moving on a chunk of land, they'll come look there. Given today's political climate, it'll be on the landowner to prove they didn't do anything to the wolves, not that innocent until proven guilty shit. Again. There is nothing a farmer can do that won't be caught in today's world. Purchases are recorded. Satellites don't rest. And if you're not aware. Those newer farm trucks everybody likes? Like all new cars, they give off information everywhere. The new traffic lights can record the VIN and pull the owners info. You can't do a lot without someone seeing these days.

my post was a light hearted joke/meme

I don't. But I know when a wolf dies, it's tracker stops moving. That scene from Yellowstone will only get a land owner locked up, not over looked. I've never understood the animosity towards the wolves anyway.
Ask the french, farmers, pretty white girls that like going on solo runs in the hills.......

and they dropped it in the river, IIRC... collar keeps moving.

How does a traffic signal record a VIN #?

I think wolves are cool. However, they should be in places where people rarely go. It keeps them from killing livestock and getting shot. Humans and apex predators don't get along, as a general rule.
