Why would he give initial consent to Puberty Blockers?

Why would a 20 yo son need consent from a parent to begin with? A 20 yo is not considered a child by al least a couple of years.

How are you CA'ians dealing with this besides moving to another state? Homeschool? What's going to happen when all the kids in CA are brainwashed into being an "It" and no longer have the abilities to produce any more? I thought CA needed to go the other way before they loose more senate seats? What's the end game?

I have nothing but so many questions and so much disbelief. And Elon is a dumbass when it comes to common sense.

I am reasonably intelligent and consider myself to be a great dad "most" of the time. Some stuff I let the wife handle. My daughter came home with braces yesterday and I apparently forgot that was happening.

Yes, something like what he is dealing with should have more attention. I can see it happening. He works 1000 hours a week running multiple companies, he has a dozen kids with 3 women and likely delegates a lot of stuff.

You can be pretty smart and make some stupid mistakes trusting people.

So people couldn't get their psych meds for schizophrenia, bi polar, and schizoaffective disorders because psych docs because "non essential" appointments were cancelled (you can live and be crazy, however this greatly increases odds of suicide, homicide, and drug abuse), and this manifested itself as an explosion of suicides during lock down (this hits very close to home for me.)

He's probably not wrong. Most of Europe is in danger of it, the Chinese have a huge drop off coming, very few of my generation want kids and the ones that do generally can't afford them. I don't know about global collapse, but I can see enough of a population drop off in the developed world having global impact enough to set us back a few hundred years developmentally as a species. The smartest among us aren't exactly the ones reproducing.

I hate saying it because allot of my friends and family got scammed into getting the vaccine but I hope vaccinated people just start dropping dead in the streets.

The mortuary handling a relative told us last week said they were just as busy as during the scamdemic I asked vaccine related at this point and he said whatever you want to believe but the certs still say cause of death covid

Anyone who buys Musk after this story... this is about as plausible as the time Ross Perot said his daughter was kidnapped and all the other crazy stuff about being smeared... Musk was a hard left liberal before he has now discovered he is a cowboy or whatever. He is a huckster. Granted, he is someone who bought a company that can land spaceships... so, that is friggin amazing, but he is a nothingburger as far as who he actually is.

He is a bunch of baby daddies.. but he doesn't seem like much of a family man nor much of a father.

Not saying it's totally a bad thing until it gets excessive. But... We are witnessing this in the US forthcoming. How will Gen Z produce enough to keep up the population if they can't afford to leave the house with Mom and Dad? My Gen X had no choice. It was an "I'll be damned" if even a mention of starting a family under the same roof.:homer: And now we are the Mom's and Dad's. Do we bend? Besides "single mom accidents" I highly doubt it.

I have more friends without kids than I do with. Including myself. But I basically fell in the Gen Z category of not being able to afford kids, much less myself until the mom candidate selection was slim to none. But boy did my current wife's family make up for me.:laughing: They have 5 generations living.

At a certain point someone with a zillion dollars starts to lose touch with reality and real life issues, regardless of how "normal" some people might think they are.

true! the rocket thing is undeniable. even if he just bought the tech, it was brilliant to see what it was and recognize it. I'm in the minority in that I don't think twitter is all that influential. I don't use it, so, I don't care. But, I don't watch any cable news either, so it is isn't influencing me either.

He has done a shitty job as a parent and now... he wants to blame Gavin Newsom? and people are touching themselves over it? priceless.
