What's new

Do I want this?

If you really want that Brat go buy a Baja.

They're all turbo so none of the head gasket shit you flat rate people can't seem to get right and it'll do daily driver things a million times better.
Subaru Baja. Fuck that no-racing gay-ass sawed-off lesbaru. :mad3:

Seriously. I picked my screenname (on theSamba due to an Ea81 in a Bug) just before that abortion came out.

Like for $500, maybe.

I can't fit in one of those.

And it looks to be a really tight squeeze. I'm a thick and wide 6'3"
Once you are in it you'll find it's roomy enough. I'm same dimensions as you, more comfy once you are in it than any other single cab mini truck from the 80's, except the Dodge D50/Mitsu Mighty Max if you are that size.

My 01 Mitsubishi Mirage has 340,000 miles on it on the original clutch, AC still works, fast enough too. I'd have no qualms about getting another Mitsubishi especially if it was still running.
That's the right year Mighty Max too. I liked the 2.6L, but they were a HG gasket, head cracking mofo. The 2.4L 4 banger and the 3.0L V6 were moar better.

no, look for a cheap honda element and remove the rear seats. Near as big as that bed and is a good parts hauler.

I really want to hate those Elements but after looking inside one it's pretty well sorted out for utility purposes, for what it is.

You live in BFE though. Someone in NJ would cycle the clutch that much in 100k.

They weren't all turbo, they were offered with the N/A engine as well.
