Did Biden sign blank pages for executive orders?

I heard a rumor he signed blank pages in the executive orders he just signed. So I watched a YouTube video of it in progress a snapping screen shots of the books. I can not see any writing on the pages. Also Biden is not showing the pages to the public like what trump did.

Font size and stroke. They were probably printed size 12 or something equally common. Those pages to the left are Joe’s notes he read from during that signing, so imagine bold size 20 text that he can easily read without glasses.

I’m all for conspiracy theories, but this one is pretty fucking weak.
