Having 0 luck searching, I must be using the wrong keywords.

I am planning on making my own Mechanics Time Savers knockoffs out of some scrap Corian from an old countertop. Example of their product https://mechanicstimesavers.com/coll...ket-organizers

What I'm having an issue with is finding ~3/16" thick magnetic sheets to use for the base. Thinking this sheet may be cheaper and easier to work with than the alternate thought I have below. the ones on the MTS / Kobalt seem to be that rubbery/plasticky magnetic material.

my other thought was to use the router to make a groove in the underside and use Neodymium magnets glued into the underside of the base, but they may be too strong for smaller sockets and make the project a little more complicated. Also not all that cheap. https://www.amazon.com/Waterproof-N...Zkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=&tag=91812054244-20

thoughts/input on magnet options?

Google brings up tons of options for magnetic sheets and rolls up to 1/4” thick unless I’m completely misunderstanding what you’re looking for.

I must either be terrible at searching, or you've got better keywords  All I could find was the thin fridge magnet stuff.

Did find some on McMaster after posting this. https://www.mcmaster.com/magnets/flexible-magnets-5/ not a horrible price, but not sure I need 5ft of the stuff
