Are you measuring the OD of the existing pipe, or the ID of the tube it slides into?I used my harbor freight caliper.
OD of existing, and bgidan pointed out sch 40 is what is needed. Are you measuring the OD of the existing pipe, or the ID of the tube it slides into?
If it's a US made one, I would bet it's made to fit 2" pipe (which is actually 2" ID).

If it's the one between the axles, schedule 40 should be fine.Schd 80 2" will be the same od, but much thicker if you think you need it.
If iirc in 2" , 40 will be roughly 3/16" and 80 will be roughly 1/4"
There is also schd 100, but it's not very common.
It is and sch 40 seems to be what it is. Looked like they used a forks to lift wagon off trailer or another wagon. If it's the one between the axles, schedule 40 should be fine.
