Had an emergency service call to Rosalia Fire Dept this afternoon. They had their first motorized fire truck, a 1937/38 Ford. Still used for parades and sometimes funeral duties, pretty much all original.
They are looking for a correct ladder for it if anyone happens to know of one.

The area I'm building spec houses in is across 10 miles of desert, or 40 highway miles. It takes me less than 20 minutes to bomb through the desert, and it's way more fun. I took a wrong turn on the way back and came across this crew cab Ford.
