What is the safest way to support the front end of this suburban on jack stands on this driveway?
Facing up hill as or Facing downhill?

I've done worse. I've pulled engines on slopes that I had to toss a chain under the engine hoist wheels to keep it from rolling, then use a 2x4 to inch it back uphill by levering it against the back of the hoist. Good times.

Chocks and parking brake. Uphill/downhill doesn't matter. Do what's convenient.
Still not a fan but you probably will be ok
 
Why would you have all people here assume a parking brake functions much less functions well on a 18-24 yr old vehicle? I expect better out of a ****box connoisseur. :laughing:

Move the vehicles, then demo the slab. Bring in some fill and level it, then pour a new slab. Park the vehicles back on the slab and do whatever you need. Once finished, revert the slab back to be level with the street.
Drill a well, pump enough pressure that it supports the vehicle.... additional benefit.... keeps you cool as you work! Lol

I was originally going to suggest mudjacking the slab up to level, but figured the excavation to lower it back to the street once finished would be too expensive.
