if the top/sides are going to be built onto the trailer vs removable, I would look into making it a V-nose. Esp. if you are already planning to put a door up there. Gives you more space inside

Given the nature of the primary vehicle being hauled make is a tilt deck and delete the ramps (weight and hassle)
I say solid V nose, passenger man door (think roadside emergency access).

Beat me to it. I'd put a hard V nose on the front for wind but more importantly you have a place lock things up.

Scissor life style fold up hand rails would be nice.

a little blunt \_/ maybe easy to skin? maybe i have never skinned a trailer before.

but now i think about it again, you can get the skins bent in a press brake and have no seem on the point..
