Cigar Smoker's: What's in your humidor now?

So I got my order today from Cigar Page. Seal was broken. I sent an email. I’m not sure what kind of set up they have, maybe someone opened them for a store set up? I don’t know.

Let us know how they handle that. I’ve ordered from them a handful of times and never had an issue but it’s mostly been fivers. If there was a Boveda pack in there that would most likely explain why it was opened but CigarPage doesn’t typically send Bovedas.

What vitola is that. Several Camacho lines are being discontinued, I think the Corojo is staying but several sizes got the axe.

Definitely let us know what they say. I'm about to pull the trigger on some Rocky's they're selling for a stupid good price but I really don't need them right now

Yeah, I know. The Barrel Aged got the axe. It was good.

What is a vitola?

How much/often do you guys smoke?

My most a week now is 7-9 cigars. Least is 3 a week.

I’m fully aware of this potentially causing a terrible cancer, but I just really enjoy taking that hour to enjoy a cigar.

Curious how others feel.

Usually 1 a week during the summer, been upping it Abita the last few weeks, more on vacation. less in the winter, do not like smoking inside the house, plus it gets farking cold here during the winter.

Since we got the carport I have been smoking more, I used to use my MH but the packrats have taken it over! Now that it's getting colder I'll probably be smoking less.

During the week, I'll have one in the morning with my coffee. When I started I never thought I would enjoy this as much as I do, but it's one of my favorite things. Sometimes I'll have a second in the afternoon and usually none on the weekends since I'm doing projects.

Statistically, cigars in moderation don't carry too much additional risk.

Smoking a Warped Cloud Hopper Edition One this morning.

I love black coffee and cigars.

Ordered these from Thompson, will pick them up at the PO tomarrow. I am going to have to empty the humidor out and rearange everything, may end up using a cooler for the excess

Husband Cleverly Rebrands Cigars As Smokeable Essential Oils

COLUMBIA, SC — Local man Alex McIlvaine stumbled upon the brilliant idea today of adding a little sign to his cigar humidor that reads "Smokeable essential oils."
"See babe! It's just like the diffuser you have, but a little more direct," explained Mr. McIlvaine to his wife. "Oo, a Padron! This one is good for arthritis, I think. Probably fixes Celiac disease too!"
An outraged Mrs. McIlvaine pushed back on his audacious claim of a cigar fixing arthritis, but Mr. McIlvaine simply asked to see what evidence she had that lavender cured diabetes. "Hey, fair is fair," said Mr. McIlvaine. "I'll continue agreeing that this vague scent of lemon can cure smallpox, so long as we can agree this lovely Rocky Patel cigar here will lower my cholesterol."
Mr. McIlvaine reportedly conceived the idea after seeing his wife order an essential oils set, which came in a box shockingly similar to a humidor. "That was when I realized, essential oils are just cigars for women," said Mr. McIlvaine. "Women feel a need to unwind, so they light up, breathe the fumes, and make the whole house smell. It's the exact same experience. The only difference is the delightful smell of tobacco versus some weird herb."
At publishing time, Mr. McIlvaine reportedly had lit up a Monte Cristo in order to fix his male-pattern baldness.

At least 1 a day. Every night for the last couple hours before bed. I have a 10x10 tent with a patio heater inside on my back patio. As for cancer, it's no worse than people who rub snuff and I'd say probably better for your mouth than that. Just don't inhale ffs.

Having a Rocky Patel vintage 1992 to celebrate the weekend. Probably the first cigar I've ever had where I can pick out actual flavors. Really creamy and a little chocolatey, I'm pleasantly surprised. Usually I like the super light Connecticuts but this is dark and real good. 5/5 all day long

I hope yours was been not as dry as mine, I don't understand why if they are kept in humidor before shipping and it takes around 4 days for them to get here, why are they so dry! Oh well into the bottom of the humidor for a couple of weeks!

I'm pretty sure this was sitting at the bottom of my humidity for the last 2 years so it's burning perfect. I just run a watertight tackle box with a bunch of 69% boveda bags. It's as low maintenance as I can get and works perfect

I bought a cooladoor last year, but it needs a circulating fan and my old cigar humidfier has a power problem that needs sorting. The whole thing needs to be unloaded and sorted out not even sure what is hiding in the back, then I need to take one of my extra coolers and stack the boxes in it with some 75 boveda packs. Of course then I need to find space to put the cooler in!
