Chevy T case, BW4470

I have a 99 Suburban with a 12 valve, just bought an NV4500 married to a BW4470. The 4470 has normal universal yokes.

When I have new shafts built, should i just keep the yokes and have shafts built for them, or do flange yokes exist, and should I build the shafts with flange CVs?

Thats entirely up to you. Its a ifs truck so it will see no movement on the front shaft and is long enough wheelbase to not require one for the rear.

Forgot to add, it has a KP60 up front.
