Building a fitness plan app or online platform sounds like a fantastic idea. So many people are looking for ways to stay fit and healthy these days. If I were you, I’d start by thinking about what features you want to include.

Squat, bench, deadlift, then squat, press, deadlift the next workout. 3 sets of five. Add five pounds a workout for a few weeks, then go to two pounds a workout on press and bench. Get good sleep and eat your protein. Monday-Wednesday-Friday. If you keep that up for a few months it’ll be time to change some things.
