So is Joe running for the position of president supporter, or is this supposed to say that handicapped people are Biden supporters and their handicrapper placards are participation prizes? It's not really clear.

Yeah, I agree. Reduce the font size on the "Supporter 2020" so that it sits on one line and maybe Bold Biden for Prez or other way to break the flow.
