Best String Trimmer under $200?

that's why it is only running at half choke
Don't think the hole is big enough to cause it. I could try covering the hole and see what happens. But... it still runs strong, so I probably wont. I'd be more inclined to fix it if I took the 2 seconds to figure out something so simple. It works, meh.

Get a spool of the Russo brand line on e-bay, the smooth stuff. And get a small bucket to keep it in water with some bleach. All the square, triangle, and star lines I've ever run break too easily. And if you let your line get too dry it'll break a lot. I string trim a lot of gated pipe every summer to make irrigating easier. This is the only thing I've found yet that works.

If you go through a lot of line you can look on ebay and they sell multi-packs for even cheaper.

I will have to try that. I am running Stihl .105 round on it, but shit just seems to not last. I think part of it is that the trimmer don't give a fark and you do not get any feed back of it bogging down, it just cuts until the string is gone. I have a hedge row and it will do some damage to the string trying to edge it.

Simi Valley Sucks.:flipoff2:

Your best bet is heading over to Covina on occasion to a Mobil station selling 86 octane non-ethanol fuel.
Sure, I'll do a 200 mile round trip on some of the crappiest freeways to get 5 gal of fuel... :flipoff2:
