Best Ice Cream Sandwich?

Who makes the best?

I got some Kroger brand last week, they're okay for cheap. They've got a crunchy cookie outer layer though, and I prefer the softer cake like outer layer. Who makes theirs with a softer chocolate layer?

Our local homemade ice cream store takes their brownies and presses them flat, and puts their homemade ice cream in the middle.

Make your own some good homemade ice cream and a good chocolate cake cut like a sandwich and piece together wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
then with leftover cake put a slice in a cup and add milk for a cheap mans chocolate shake.
