Aunt Sarah's chicken paprikash

My Aunt has been making this for decades and it always brings the noms

1 cup sour cream
6 tbsp. salted butter
2 tsp. evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
1 cut up chicken breast, small if you like small or larger if you want a mouthful
1 onion diced
2 tbsp. HOT paprika, not normal paprika that is sweet paprika, guess you could mix in 1 hot and 1 sweet
1 tsp. carraway seeds
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. tomato paste

Cook the butter, oil and chicken together and once it has cooled down add the rest. The tomato paste is for thickness so add or subtract on how you want the sauce to turn out. Usually served over fettucine but I just throw it in a bowl by itself and enjoy the shit out of it.
