Audio interrupter

I am playing Super Trucker and installing a CB in my super duty.

mostly because I am making a cross country move in a few months. I'll be towing the trailer and my wife will be driving the car. I intend on getting her a handheld CB so we can talk.

I have a decently nice Kenwood DNX head unit feeding a 5-channel amp with RCA cables for the stereo.

is there a setting on the Kenwood, or a something I can install in between the stereo and the amp that interrupts the head unit audio and plays radio audio on the truck speakers?

I found a company with a quick google, but their descriptions sucks and I am not sure that it is what I am looking for. However that may just be becasue I am an idiot and can't read good.

not sure if you sorted this out already but I use this in my RZR to run the 2 way radio output thru the stereo.

Yeah, I got the thing I linked and it fucking sucks.

Causes a deafening clicking and static through the speakers.

I ended up just putting the radio in a spot where the radio speaker isn't blocked.
