Way out West.
Just built an AR10 chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and ready to start working up my loads. Using Hornady 147g ELD-M bullets and H4350 powder in Hornady large primer brass with CCI 200 primers till I can get some #34's. Would like to see 2600fps or better, with the 22" barrel (+2 gas system) and can. SAMMI spec is 62kpsi, but that's probably for a 24" bolt gun, and my googlefu is failing me, and Snipers Hide search is awful and it's like the old PBB with 11 billionty threads with the keywords.

Who's the Quickloads guy here? If I at least had min and max loads under that 62kpsi, then I can work up looking for pressure signs and hopefully not make my face any uglier.

TIA

You're likely going to be at book max and then some. Like a lot of extra some.

I wouldn't worry about an AR being weaker than a bolt gun. SAMMI spec is per cartridge not platform.

I run my 24" Bergara at 2650 with above book max loads with 147s. They shoot 1/4 moa there, which is why I haven't gone down to 130s to get a little speed back.
Zero pressure signs. I work up letting the primer tell me where to stop. I have found lots of books stop at compression vs actual pressure for some powders.

Oh, and I picked up 25fps with the srd762 on that rifle also.
