What's new

Ancient but current websites

Partsmike.com

I buy stuff there regularly and I am pretty sure the site hasnt changed since it was created  They are great though, I ordered some ujoints last year and the dude called and asked if i wanted full circle snap rings which i had completely forgotten.

lock n lube is legit
Fake news. I have alemites on everything now. Locknlubes are too big and still leaked on a few zerks that my alemites did not. Lincoln and milwaukee couplers are the worst Ive tried.
Maybe on new zerks they all work fine, but on my wide array of zerks from 1940's-2024 the alemites are the only choice.

Are the locking tips as good as the ad makes them seem?

Depends on the fitting. It's good on most, but won't fit on some in tight spots. I've had 2 on M18 guns for quite a few years, first one maybe 2016? I'd guess a couple hundred tubes of grease through it.

Like my Bobcat has 2 fittings for the lift cylinders that are accessed through a hole. Have to use a regular coupler on those. The hole is too small.

Also need the pressure relief valve they sell, if you undo the coupler with pressure (like a clogged fitting) it'll tear apart the coupler pretty quick.

The guy that brought them to the US from Africa maybe 10ish years ago was a logger in New England.

I had no idea that still existed. That and Consumption Junction back ~20 years ago had all sorts of wacky stuff.

they will not cure everything
but I have about every shape of locknlube now

I have had fittings that I had a port-a-power hooked to and the internals were hitting the safety valve and that little bitch wouldn't take fluid:laughing:
about 4 days just letting it sit with pressure 24/7 and all of a sudden it all just went and everything is fine

but yes, worth it money

Competitionproducts.com

Bought a set of offshore aluminum heads for my sbc from them last year. Good place to get perf parts for an old domestic v8.

I've removed the zerk fitting, hooked a 1/4 inch hydraulic hose plumbed into the bucket lift cylinder hose to clean one out over a couple days

Was looking for parts for a greasegun and came across this beaut. Reminds me of a few sites I made around 1999-2000 when our school got internet and I was in a "computers" class.
Not sure what happened to those files, i had them saved on disc

Www.lubeandjack.com (no, it's not pron, I promise. Seriously, it's not. It's floor Jack and grease gun stuff, I think an old dude runs it)
Wow. Last updated when Trampas was still getting pussy.

Anyone put high angle driveline in here yet?

Llama Music's Roland sampler and synth resource pages. I forgot about the site, until I saw a a notice this morning that they are switching to HTTPS
