9/10 car hauler coupling question

Ive been googling but I cant find any close up pictures or information on the type of fifth wheel used in large car haulers.

How much tongue weight is there at thr kingpin? The drop bracket for the fifth wheel doesnt look as beefy as Id expect it. Whats the 411 on them?

Not interested in car hauling, but i have a truck thats pretty tall and was wondering what it would take to mount a frame extension to drop the 5th

You gotta think that those trucks carry 3 vehicles on the truck it's self, which helps offset the trailer leveraging the weight behind the axle.

Carrying a standard trailer the same way, your capacity will be way less. No idea what you're trying to do though
