52” springs

In the Chevy 52” front spring conversion, where do you source the 52” springs? Can they be found used from a factory application, or are they aftermarket items? 56” springs are a stock square body rear spring, correct? Thanks

So are 52s.

I have not found anysort of ryhme or reason to why one gm had 52 or 56s. Ive found them on all variants and rears of 73-91 square body trucks. Mostly older73-80s though
