In, dropped a package at the post office this morning then did fuck all most of the day. Every time I went outside to do something I just turned around, 91% humidity and 95* in the shade, Building stays sub 70* on the first floor all summer.
Week off starts tomorrow, thinkin of taking the bus to grab a bunch of shit from the junkyard in pa, stop in nj to weld a hitch to it, clean a range in va then grab the shitbox that’s in my friends yard in nj way past its welcome and drag it back.
Climbed up something tall Thursday night set 3 mortar boxes linked with 20’ of too slow of fuse. Timing between the boxes was good, the anticipation to the first one was annoying. Haven’t had to ask for forgiveness yet so Next year I’ll take a lot more up

Ah, we took off for STL yesterday. Pulled up at one of the local tents here that didn't get blown down on the 4th so that we could grab some stuff at discount. Quickly found out that the area makes all fireworks suppliers shut down for the season by 2200 of the 4th.
Got back by 0130 this morning. Went down to work on the house. Got email that UPS deliver a package of mine to the front door. No package around and they don't pull down our driveway.
Got Braum's for dinner. Chillin' now and might throw back some kinda of alcohol.

In. Spent the day watching YouTube trying to figure out tire clearance in 3d. Spent most of last night and all of today figuring out how to check if the tire is hitting something. Now I get to optimize it.

It makes "brrrRrRr" noises and slows if its hitting something. It might smoke and make less noise if its some kind of high speed low tread profile car thing. Typically witness marks in either scenario.
Funny side story. When I built the sliders on my FSB I welded them to the frame intruding into the front wheel area too much.
Front turning brakes for days at full lock with the open front end. I'm the only one I've ever heard of who could run Black Bear pass in CO in a FS vehicle and not have to back up once. Front turning brakes, rear spool, fuck your switchbacks.

In. I did nothing of importance today and it felt great. As I probably said earlier I worked every day but 4 in June and so far this month had the 4th off and today, but still on call both of those days. Got pretty good rain yesterday and again this evening, so I'm hoping the high RP levels go away soon.

Boring with the wife gone. Dog's got an upset stomach, puked twice already. Then she ate dinner, and now she's outside eating what little bit of green grass we have left out there so she can make herself puke again.

took some kids golf carting and got them high. Found a geocache and stole a pin.
Played at the lake then drug the trailer home at the hottest part of the day to the hottest part of town. Unloaded the bed of my truck and walked inside to shower for the first time in 4 days.
Installed the heating element in my broken garage freezer then unplugged the other garage freezer so it can go back to being a garage fridge. Garage freezer got to zero on 2 hours of 101F daytime temps.
Smoked the family in a game of candy land, yelled at my kids for having too much energy, and hung out in the garage loading the garage fridge after setting it back up how I wanted it. I unloaded the trailer fridge too.
timed the ‘new to me’ 1cfm 12v air pump on the trailer tire I plugged yesterday (10:45 to go 0-45) and used the 12v jump pack I have because I can.
Storage charging the LiPo RC car batteries.
Ate some Antelope. At some steak. At some cheap home made pizza. Ate some jelly beans.
Oh, and I returned an Amazon mistake. I ordered shoves from my trailer. They sent a radiator cover for a 2024 Honda Civic

We took a short weekend vacation to Santa Fe this weekend. It was not a cool as I remembered as a kid when I came here. Too many damn liberals. I got to see the staircase that what they say was built by Joseph that I saw on Unsolved Mysteries as a kid. That was cool. Saw what they say is the oldest house and Church in the USA too. Should have asked ibb for things to do in this town. Parking sucks so bad once we came back to the hotel last night around 6 we didn’t even go back out. Headed home today. If I break down I will have to get ahold of Sceep like everyone else does.

Of course at meal tray pickup thats right at shift change some ass clown spits on one of the day shift officers who then sprayed with oc aka pepper spray(moar to it than that that i wont get into) Ass clown ended up in a padded cell.

The only time I've gone up to that liberal riden shithole by my own accord was my 10th anniversary. Spa day/night 10 years ago.
I'm required to go up there every Monday to check on jobs. I swear, that area has the highest rate of idiocy I've ever seen.

My 14yr old cat isn't dead yet from the mouth cancer and it's hard af to watch and wait. Longest I've had a cat live is 16yrs so far.
19yrs is a good run. And so very hard to get through the loss.

We got our house windows tinted yesterday. What a difference in the heat!!!! And they look great from the outside.
We also FINALLY after 5yrs of bullshit, got the AC fixed!!!
We have had five different HVAC groups try and fix both the AC freezing up and the furnace short cycling. Five fucking years on a brand-new AC unit that continuously froze up.
Jerry with the local hardware store was our last person we hadn't used, and he saw that we in fact did not get the 5-ton blower we paid for. Someone had replaced the OG 1/2 ton with a 1/3. FUUUUUCK!!! The backplate blew out at him when he unscrewed it due to so much back pressure.
Jerry, "And why did you call me last?" He diagnosed it immediately. Now we actually have cool air that pushes through the house. So very exciting. 
We hit 101* yesterday. Wednesday is 106* iirc. I am ready for it now.
I get so heat sick so fast I don't go outside unless I have too. All I've managed to do is sleep.
