I could do a bit of reverse engineering and have it manufactured locally but the one off cost would be ridiculous.
Not sure about the material and these are definitely hardened.

8620 is a material local manufacturer uses to make yokes and other DL parts.

+1 on they're likely hardened, When I looked for my chev build I couldn't find a single aftermarket, Annoyingly.
