Yes, you can delete one or all and start over. There's no need to do that though.
In F360 export as a .fd3 file. That takes all the information with it so you would be able to open that file later and work on it where you left off. Once you have the file exported you can delete it from your 10.
I attached a zipped .fd3 file. Unzip it. Open F360 then open this file in F360. You can look over the information in the browser and see the whole file development is there. Sketches, body's, history ect.
Bonus with this file, you can export this file from F360 to a .stl file. Open it in Cura or your favorite slicer. You can size it and then print a cool little steering wheel. I made this for a friend to replace a broken steering wheel on his grandkids toy electric car.
