2002 F150 frame-difference in 2wd to 4x4?

I live in the rustbelt and recently came into possesion of a rust free 02 F150 crew cab 2wd that came from California that needs an engine. Around here, finding this style of 4x4 truck with a rusted out frame for around a grand or less is pretty common. Figure I might as well buy an entire donor rig with engine I need and the 4x4 components if they will bolt onto the existing 2wd.
Will the 4x4 components bolt right to my 2wd frame?
 
Iirc the 2wd is coil spring and the 4wd is torsion bar, so no, not bolt on

looks like they use the same steering box, so maybe a miserable cut and weld kinda swap

Or solid axle swap it

Probably just a bunch of rivet busting and then drilling new holes for the new stuff. Crossmember is probably different. I doubt the frames themselves are different enough to matter.

I.e. basically just enough work and complexity that the mullet and bowtie crowd will bitch about it and act like it's not possible.
