I have a 2006-ish trailer with a bulldog hitch. The hitch has become hard to open -requires a screwdriver to pry it open. I’ve sprayed it with WD-40 and have worked it and it isn’t much better. Any suggestions?

5th wheel truck hitch. Unknown of the brand. It's missing a couple bolts that hold the top piece into the bottom mount. Safety Chain mounts are bolted into the bed. $100 OBO In Lucerne Valley, CA
