This perch is designed so you "should" be able to just bend this in the vise with a block and a hammer and then weld up the seams.
I drew it so I can easily change the tube size. Material thickness from 3/16 to 3/8 is fair game. Below that the gaps you have to weld will be pretty big. Above that they'll be too small for good bending.
Has 5/8 pin hole, that can be adjusted as well.
