1969 Camaro build

How much $$ do you think you will have into the car when you're done?
Not asking to be an asshole, just wondering.

Regardless what you spend, still way cheaper than paying someone else to build you one.
Way too much. Just like the Jeep.
If I was to guess, I'd say 100-150. Not worrying about a laser straight body and perfect paint, so that will save a ton of coin. I'd be afraid to drive it with a perfect paint job.

In the end, it simply boils down to one thing....top shelf parts cost money, lots of money. No way around it. That's why I'm starting to buy parts now, so the dings don't hurt so bad being spread out a bit.
At some point it's gonna sting, I know it, and that's probably when the engine gets built.

So far on this thing.
Already had the block made back in '09 and it was 16k then.
Transmission/shifter was 28k.
Bell housing/flywheel/clutch/release bearing was ~$2500.

I'll try to keep an actual count of my stupidity.

Living vicariously through you would be an understatement!
