Yea fools errand to chase it either direction. I’m pretty steady at 255 every morning. 7 weeks out and the classes jump from 242 (110kg) to 275 (125kg) so me being firmly in between makes it pointless to chase. I don’t want to cut 15 lbs while trying to hit a strength peak. I don’t want to gain 20 lbs either.Thats awesome

Was watching Brian shaw for first time in long time last night. He said hes cut down 22 lbs to 362. He looks noticably smaller but you can still tell hes a ****ing giant.
He talked about hes over 100 lbs lighter from his peak strongman weights.

Man that always pisses me off..Hotel/resort fitness this week. No pullup bar. Resorted to machine lat pull downs, kettlebell swings and ****, deficit push-ups, heavily weighted treadmill walk.
