During grinding operations I stand next to the machine running the controls. No seatbelt cancels that
That thing is pretty cool.During grinding operations I stand next to the machine running the controls.
Pump it full and let it wobble 🍺So is have a very old Bush Hog mower.. used hard and put up wet.. hasn’t been used in at least 20 years.
I have a situation that needs a mower. This isn’t something that I need often anymore. I got the old mower hooked up and it will technically operate.. but the gearbox doesn’t hold oil anymore. The rest of it is used up, so don’t wanna invest the time attempting to make it hold oil.
I just need one more day out of it.. then I’ll scrap it. I’m thinking of pumping it full of grease and send it. Maybe make a good vent hole in the fill plug.
What could go wrong? Only downside is if it fails completely before I’m done, it wastes a bunch of time and fuel due to travel distance.

if you have a choice of grease use the thinner stuff
generally you only get a choice of #2 or #3, but if there's #1 or 00 corn header grease, bonus points
It will probably work for years filled with grease for occasional use....So is have a very old Bush Hog mower.. used hard and put up wet.. hasn’t been used in at least 20 years.
