Post a picture of where you are right now.

Landed wrong, went under swallowed a bunch of water, sank, stopped breathing, had to be pulled out of water by the coach and a classmate and given CPR. Fire and EMS showed up transported to hospital.
I jumped into the old dphs pool when I was a kid and some girl swam under me. I yelled so I wouldn't land on the girl. I lost my breath and couldn't catch it before I went underwater. I sunk to the bottom and swam up as fast as I could. Just as my arms were about to break the surface I gasped for air and got water instead. I made it to the edge of the pool and my friends pulled me out. That sucked.

My son caught his first Brook Trout (pictured below) on a fly rod today. He actually got 6 and I managed 5. Trout were nice enough to take Elk Hair caddis and Royal Coachman flies when there was very little actually flying around.

Quick snap of a picture from the back seat my son took of a water crossing on the East Branch of the West Canada Creek in the Adirondacks.

Ran sound for an all-day festival in 40 degrees and raining the whole time, they had 7 bands including a 9-piece salsa/meringue group. Started setup at 7 AM and got home at 9:30 PM after teardown. Pretty miserable, but paid well and it sounded really good for the few dozen people who actually came out for it. 😐

Turning into my back yard is usually uneventful. I have a double wide gate but out of laziness only open one side. I drive into the next lane of the road and swing wide. If I’m short my tire might kiss the gate.

Well, not today.

A car was behind me so I didn’t want to go fully into the next lane.

On approach I knew I did more than kiss the gate, so I backed up. The gate got caught in the slider kick out and…well..

Gate was jammed in there so I threw the bottle jack under the rear and pushed the truck over a few inches
