STEEL MASTER / Quonset hut style build... Electrical

So I am erecting a shed, and it's a Steel Master building. (It is very small as one of these projects go)
It's going up nicely, should have the Arches up Sunday.
Now the question is, what is the best way to hang lights and put in a few plugs?

Anybody put one of these up, and how did you handle this?
Any pictures would be greatly appreciated.
 
I hung high bay LED lights using coupling nuts that attach to the arch bolts.
Then screwed eye bolts into the couplings.
Lights have a hook the goes into the eye bolts.

Well I guess this means I've been a real slacker. Confirmed when this popped up on my FB memories. Quonset building 40' x 56' 16' center with end walls We are the third owners, it has never been erected. Was a heck of a load, 8900 lbs. Takes 6000+ bolts to put together! Time to get it in...

Thats a pretty good idea and beats drilling beams to hang lights.

Ok,,, Awesome.

I can do that... ( I was going to run most of the electrical in SO Cord to anyway)

How did you ground it?

As I am watching lightning move across last night, I started to get concerned.
 
I have never put one of these up so I may be off base

assuming that they are bolted together, why cant you get a double nut in place of one of the OEM nots and tap into your building that way?

I call them all-thread couplings, because that’s where / how I first used them

And I think he did what you’re describing.

The bolts don’t have a lot of threads to grab… but probably enough

I’ve always used 3/8 … But surely they make them in a 5/16.

I have a 30x60 I need to put up one of these days.
 
Are you going to insulate that thing?

I helped a friend wire one, and he was insulating it with sprayfoam. Before the foamers arrived we bolted 2x4's front to back on the walls and ceiling using coupler nuts and threaded rod. Was easy to attach **** to after.

and yes, coupling nuts are available in all sizes.

Edit: Oh, and if you wanted to church it up, you can use unistrut instead of toobiefurs.

Found the pics I've already posted here.

The pics were to show the joist-less mezzanine over the garage doors, but you can see the 2x4s in the sprayfoam.

I'm going to have to use toobiefurs at the Shop. The guys are always writing stuff down in banjo (as Christopher ***us would say) and I'm standing there trying to sound it out under my breath just to figure out wtf they wrote down.
