IMO if the mid-terms turn out the way it seems they will there's a good chance the R's might initiate impeachment proceedings against Biden for this crap.
 
the press secratary keeps mentioning "under ***le 42" is allowing this to happen, the **** is ***le 42?

Kind of on the same thread. Friend of mine interviewed as the person to run the catering and other logistics associated with the afghan refugees and he said that the have a great setup and (I cannot verify this) are also getting college and housing setups. I'm all for helping people but from what I have read online in a few places that only 5% of the afghans that were actually flown out of were vetted and actually helped the US. the others were just in the right place at the right time. If we have money to do this why do we have homeless veterans.

Where exactly? There isnt just one location where the Afghan refugees are coming in. And no they arent getting college paid for or housing paid for by the govt. There are NGOs helping them get housi g established but its for short time periods as they have budget constraints as well.

This was in jersey. I don't was to be more specific. His background is in the catering/hospitality arena. He did not take the job. He was in the process for a month or so. With this administration wanting to give hundreds of thousands of dollars to illegals, free plane rides to illegals anywhere they want, I could see them getting help. I did some quick research and found this article from NPR where they are getting put into affordable housing. I'm sure there is some gov money involved. I just thing that if we want to help the world we need to help ourselves first.

I have less of an issue with helping the specific Afghans and their families that helped our boys over the last 20 years than I do the hordes of leeches pouring across the southern border that have never done anything to help the US. I do think they should have been much more stringent on the background checks and ensuringonly certain afghans were brought over. They could easily resettle all the afghans for what the admin ispending in just a couple of months on the southern border invaders.

Its a bull**** cop out by the press secratary to divert blame away from the biden admin. ***le 42 is a public safety act enacted in the 40s. It allows the US govt to immediately expel any immigrants even asylum seekers due to the threat of communicable disease. When implemented correctly ***le 42 would stop the flow of illegals just as it did under Trump. However Joe Potato first carved out exemptions for children allowing only them to stay. (Oh jeez look whos actually seperating kids from their parents).

There have been several court cases filed by immigration groups that got an injunction placed in I believe september that halted the ***le 42 practices. Allowing the scourge of invading contagious illegal aliens to flood through the US placing further strain on an already taxed economy. Once again Jen Psuki is just full of ****.
