one of my stick welding stingers... Never noticed it had a spare tip insulator just behind the original.

also when I was a kid I thought serial killers poisoned cereal that people would eventually eat for breakfast.

I grew up on classic rock. My dad would open up the garage doors and wrench all weekend with the radio blaring. It's all I knew. A couple years ago I met someone who said they had never heard a classic rock song until they met their wife! :eek: All they knew was country.
 
Having been on town water for about a decade, I thought water wells were holding tanks; not just a straight pipe in the ground. :laughing: :homer:
 
As a kid I thought my parents and other adults were these all knowing, capable people who could do just about anything. I remember wondering how old I would be when I was able to be the same. Later I realized adults are just as stupid as kids, just without all the excuses and that parents are generally stressed out to the point of insanity and no one is really in control of ****.
 
you gotta pull your foreskin back a little bit when you piss or it just decides to take a random ass direction to begin with, 100% serious this revelation eluded me until I got into watersports porn
also you don't pull it back all the way until like puberty or whatever, every time I tried to clean it it'd just get all swollen and painful

dad was cut, didn't know better

That this is the correct way to lace up boots keeping one lace on top and the other on bottom without crossing them. It makes it way easier to take them off.

My step dad was a tree climber so he had those boots that went up to the knee. He would hook one lace the grab the other in the same had and go back and forth catching both laces each time. Was crazy fast at it too.



The older I get, the more I learn, but mostly the more I realize how much I don't know :laughing:
 
I didn't know Pontiac used the same block dimensions for all 326-455 engines. Chev, Buick and Olds all had small and big block engines but not Pontiac.
 
When I was in my late 20s bull ****ting with my in-laws drinking one night, peeing in the shower somehow came up, apparently I was the only one who didn't, then my brother in law who'd visited a few months earlier turns and says "sorry bro"with a smirk:laughing:
I'd gotten out of the shower walked across used the toilet, gotten back in the shower, and clean up the water, screw that, that ended that night, hell, I'll stand outside the shower and piss while its warming up now:laughing:

I lace them one handed now.

They are Carolina domestic boots and I don't think that they are worth rebuilding.

Be sure to use the proper cables. The Amazon specials are only good for ~.5A.

I played this game getting the GPS figured out on my motorcycle. With OSM, Spotify, and full brightness my phone battery would drain faster than it would charge. For months I fought and fought with it. I bought different cables, chargers, etc. I had a meter that would go in-between USB ports to show charge rates. It'd spike to 2.5A then drop to .5A. Finally, 3Brothers Powersports reached out to me and hooked me up with a setup. No problems since.

They sent me this PDS; not sure if you can download it. It explains why the charging wasn't working.

I learned this about 5ish years ago. Anyone who complains about their shoes coming untied gets the link. LOL Similar to the how to tie your boat to the dock on a cleat properly.

I have started mounting these in rigs instead of using power plug adapters. You can swap out the stock power port and mount these right in the hole too.

I recently learned that a standard 12si alternator is nearly a drop in for a 1972 cj5. I was prepared for full bracket fabrication and pleasantly surprised otherwise.

It's legit. Especially on those laces that are real slick nylon like material. I have a pair of hunting boots that never stayed tied. Now they do. It's harder to tie em this way after so many years I have to stop and think about it. Can't train this old dog. :rolleyes:
