Where do you fit into these categories?

None of the above. Independent and pro private business owners rights. I have zero issue with a private business requiring masks. Their business their rules. I have no problem wearing one in these businesses. I don’t like the government forcing people to wear them outside of government property. Whether masks work or not they aren’t a huge inconvenience to me so I don’t put too much of my effort into fighting it.

No option for bacon, no vote from me.

Fag. Had to. You made me utter the words. No other reply is applicable.

If you can't or won't fit into one of the SIX categories, just fucking quit and get out of the kitchen - Ham

Anti-mask seems over broad. I think high risk people should take necessary precautions including masks, however i was never hovering within 6 ft of anyone while breathing heavily in the stores before the rona either.

Most elderly people i know don't understand the extent of fake news sensationalism in the present day, so i'll wear a neck gaiter mask ( which does nothing but presents the image) in the grocery store as a courtesy to them to keep them from being anxious & to keep me from being hassled by Karen types.

I'm a 56 yo republican with high blood pressure and asthma. I wear an N95 mask anytime I'm going to be around anyone not part of my circle. Fortunately, my entire company has been working from home since March and will do so for at least the rest of the year.

Pro mask= wears mask, thinks everyone should wear a mask

Anti mask= refuses to wear mask unless anally probed with a cops nightstick

Makes sense. Does it concern you that your mask was almost certainly made in the same country as the C19?

I wear a mask when the sign on the door sez a mask is required. Can we have a common sense selection ?
And I vote Republican, straight party ticket. :flipoff2:

What if I do not fall into either. I do not see it necessary for EVERYONE to wear a mask ALL the time but I do see the need for SOME people to wear a mask if they are in a compromised state (vulnerable or contagious). I do not believe in the notion that wearing a mask protects others better than someone wearing a mask to protect their own health. I understand filtration and particles and atomization and all of that... but if it blocks it one way, it will block it another way too. I see it as a way to pass the buck of blame and responsibility to others in a time of uncertainty.

With that being said, if one were to go into a hospital, nursing home, etc... where people are guaranteed to be in a compromised state, I can see a mask as a requirement. But grocery shopping, etc? Nah.

This is more complicated than a binary comparison/solution.

Sure, but many things we all rely on are made in China. If something good economically and for national security come out of this, it will be ending our overwhelming reliance on
China for critical feedstocks, medicines, and products.

I agree 100%

I'm not really either.

I have to wear one at work anytime I'm not on my machine working. Id rather not... but oh well. If a business wants me to wear one, ill wear one. Id rather not... but oh well.

I'm on the other side of the "meh" camp. I wear a mask and wish others would have the same courtesy in a public setting, but I'm not going to force anyone or complain to management, or whatever. Just keep my distance.

Had a dude help me with my motorhome transmission on our last family trip. He had to come inside and read the codes my TCM was throwing. He didn't bother with a mask and and at least on the surface seemed like a decent enough human with enough judgement not to be around people if he was sick, so I kept my mouth shut and somehow my wife also let it ride. We definitely needed him more than he needed us.
