Years ago I saw a thread about some chemical you could mix with peanut butter and poison the nest

I used some and it worked but have no idea Walmart the chemical was

Anyone ever done this ?

Edited to add :

Forgot one important detail .
The nest is in the exterior wall of
My house .
So the old method of dumping gasoline in after dark ain’t gonna woek

I did try spraying three cans of wasp
And hornet spray with tubes on them into the hole after dark and they didn’t kill the nest .
Doesn’t appear to have affected them at all

Why bother with any of that? Just use the old school tried and true method.
Wait until dark, get cup of gasoline, grab shovel.
Pour cup of gas into hole, cover hole with dirt, walk away.
Problem solved.

chunk on meat over soapy water?

or grow a pair and spray it like a normal person

How dare you! What would the EPA think of your evil doings!

Just put on your bee keeping suit and stir the ground with your shovel! We have to be responsible or they're going to take away our chemicals!

Pour a gallon down the hole and light it.

Hit any stragglers with ether and a lighter.

This stuff does a number on them. Mix it with petroleum jelly. They will drag it into the nest. Works on carpenter bees as well

I took care of a carpenter bee problem like this. Mix pesticides in and butter up their access points, lasts for years :smokin:

I’ve tried those yellow hang up traps, they never seem to work.

I keep this combination on both decks, and in the work shed. Once someone gives up their position it’s over for the nest

I threw sevin diat all over the hole and set up a big shop vac with a tube right in front of the hole and had it running from noon till half hour after dark .

Will see tomorrow if there’s any left buzzing around .

This is gonna sound like bullshit but you have to try it once, it takes some skill, you've been warned.

32oz cup with 1/4" dawn soap in the bottom, fill with water in a jet form to make maximum suds.

Walk out there and sling the cup towards the nest, hard to explain but you are trying to hit the nest with the bulk of the suds water.

They die near instantly, you aren't gonna to get stung if you hit the nest even close.

I don't think I have a nest but I can check and make a video if needed.

Tempo dust as posted above. I also purchased a bulb dispenser from Amazon. Filled the bulb with dust, waited til evening, spray into the hole/nest. Did this for a couple of nights and no more shitheads. Works great.

Reading comprehension got me, in wall is gonna be a different deal, but might work fine via a big sprayer and dish soap mix.

No, you don't light it. You want the fumes to kill them all.

Seeing how he's got them in the wall, I second the notion to use Tempo SC Ultra.

Not my best shot but it worked.
Anybody need a king size log bed frame?

Just mix it up in a weed sprayer. Shake every 20-30 seconds to keep the suds up and spray away.

pressure washer with soap in it?
A foam cannon would be perfect but honestly it's not needed , this is a sub 1 minute solution.

Be warned the wife doesn't have my skill... So maybe not everyone can sling a cup of soap.
