This forum has helped me in the past when I was stumped (brakes) so worth a shot: what am I missing? New psc box, psc rez, new hydroboost, reman p pump, psc pressure valve deal and a small cooler on the return.

I have keep having input seals at the box leak, seems to be the same whether driving or parked. I have replaced the seal twice with an Edelman seal and can’t seem to make it stop leaking. No marks on the input shaft, no visible issues with seals.

Wrong seal? Lines backwards and pressure where it shouldn't be? Not seating fully? Looking at pic 3 that clip looks like it's not sitting right.

I'd look at the specs on it then mic your shaft and hole. 😝

lines backwards was my first thought, seems to be plumbed correctly. going to tear down this weekend for a better inspection

Did another seal and it’s way worse, sure seems like the box is shot. Pulled the ram and had my apprentice turn the wheel. Steering wheel is very hard, then almost a pop and it turns smoothly. Ram moves nice and smooth in the right direction.
