I bought this rear bumper tire carrier off of an 88 Suburban a little while ago. Curious if anybody knows the manufacturer. Its 37" across inside of the bumper brackets and the proper hole arrangement for the back of my 91 burb. Doesn't look like someones diy project. Again just curious, thanks.

Looks like a one-off build from someone who knows what they're doing. Either skilled DIY or a local fab shop custom job.

The dual swing is interesting but also kinda useless unless something gets mounted to the passenger side. A couple Jerry Can holders would go nicely there.

That'll definitely happen.

Even with nothing else on the passenger side swing I still cant open the door without swinging it out first. Kinda sucks but whatever i guess.

Second the probably not a mass produced deal. The pivot looks like one on a buddies Olympic JK bumper tho

Since you're a scout guy I'll assume you mean off the burb. Lol. Couldn't be the bumper, I know how some scout guys like there bumpers.

Haha even on my Scout my rear is wider and wraps around to protect the quarters. Didn't work lol still smash em.

Front view looks better for sure. No cutting needed on the bumper.

Most likely a DIY.... but there is a chance that maybe Nates 4x4 made it. I remember back in the early-mid 2000's nate's 4x4 did a swing tire carrier for some bigger rigs as well.
