The mysterious Flannery Group, which for about five years has been purchasing land in the Jepson Prairie and Montezuma Hills area of Solano County, has sued some landowners in those areas for at least $510 million.

“Flannery estimates that, to date, the Conspirators and their illegal price-fixing conspiracy have caused damages to Flannery from overpayment for properties from the Conspirators, their co-owners, and third parties of at least $170 million and that Defendants are therefore jointly and severally liable to pay Flannery treble damages in the amount of at least $510 million,” states the lawsuit, which was filed by Flannery Associates LLC on May 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in Sacramento.

So a group of rich people are mad that a group of landowners who are rich or want to be rich, worked together to charge more for the land the other rich people are buying. :lmao:

Isn't that what the super rich do to us peasants all the time, so far?.
FIFY

And why are they buying all the land around Travis AFB?

Also, what is Denverton? I was stationed there for a decade and a half and have never heard or seen that name mentioned in the area.
It's a road as far as I know.
Remember
We're talking about the misinformation mongers here...

It is the GOVERNMENT who is upset and wants to know. So I fully support this company/group remaining anonymous and pissing off the government for buying public land.

They are a Delaware LLC so nothing legally has to be shared. You know the government is digging as hard as they can to find something when buying land on three available sides of an Air Force base makes national news.

Oh and what’s up with Hunter Biden?

You don't establish a business entity in the US without letting someone know who's paying the tax bill. Delaware may keep it private from us, but there is more than just "Flannery Associates" on their filing.

Yes and no. If it's the Chinese setting up surveillance...not so cool.

The whole "Duuuhr, gee, George, we dunno know!?!" from everyone seems suspicious. I don't believe it.
Most articles are saying UK and Irish.
The government is why wants to know though. They never cares who was laying the tax bill for a few years.

Now the landowners want money back and it is newsworthy. Fuck that. You bought land at a price you were willing to pay. Don’t file a lawsuit to get national attention on your land dealings because you were swindled. Hopefully the government changes some laws and says the members have to be publicly named in order to go to court.

Ive heard they want to,
1 farm the land. But l don’t know how’s they’d make any money off of it compared to how much they spent.
2 some kind of port or lake. Closest water is ten miles away.
3 build a city out there.

I say it’s the chicoms
Here’s a “local” news report I saw on YouTube.

or Travis is planning on expanding in the future and some insider thinks he will get in now and cash out later.
Possible
3 build a city out there.
I’d believe that too, and could also be the chicoms funding it. That whole area between fairfield and vacaville behind the hills there has been built up hella in the last 10 years (subdivisions, infrastructure). Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if they wanted to establish a new town out there.

Or someone knows they want to build a town and cash out on it later

Well, obviously from what all the the other threads are saying, it's the aliens looking to establish a colony here...

I wonder if it’s got anything to do with the fancy white 707 the navy parks on the far end of the field.

If my memory is right this aircraft basically serves as a communications relay for submarines. I believe there is a long, low-frequency antenna that trails out behind the aircraft.
2 of them actually.

Sub comm is main mission, also can pop nukes from the air with the right crew. Only country in the world with that capability.

Now if they’re buying around pax river and tinker then there might be some correlation.

Dang. Potato internet here. Pics and videos don't always load.
