who has Sold ammo on Gunbroker.

Has anyone here sold ammo on GunBroker? I am looking to sell 1,000 rounds of .40 and need some education on it. I know the steps needed to do so but any advice or things to watch out for. Ways of limiting liability or getting screwed legally is one of my concerns.

How did you lkist? Did you put any disclaimers or refuse to sell to certain states or require the buyer to present an FID card?

I'm in a Free State so the only info I put is that it must be legal where you live. Of course you need to know the laws where your buyer resides no matter what they say.

That's what turned me to use backpagegun. Before the original BP got shut down, I bought, sold and traded lots of stuff.

Gunbroker is a shitshow with scammers right now. They are going to take 10% and state sales tax out of whatever you get.

Most sellers are not allowing bids from 0 feedback bidders.

Not sure what NJ laws you may have to deal with.

Does FB marketplace allow ammo sales? That would be a lovely shit show.
If I sell ammo, I do it through my friend's shop.
