What's it worth? Enclosed car trailer

Father in law is having health issues, needs some cash and probably wont be doing car stuff anymore. Will be selling the duramax, car trailer, 39 chevy street rod and a hemi cuda. Truck and trailer will probably go first, hot rods will probably head to auction.

Car trailer is a wells cargo 2 axle enclosed car trailer. I forgot length, but it has electric brakes, sway control bars and a winch. Tires in good shape, can throw in all the tow straps and what not.






So... what do these things go for?

year will dictate price. 2023 $9,500, 2003 $3,500. IMO.

Not in the market for it but will definitely need some additional info to get a better idea of possible value.

Door openings (rear, passenger side door, drivers side door) measurements? What’s the door opening widths and heights?

What’s the interior height?

How old are the tires and load range/weight rating?

What size winch?

Overall length? What’s the length of the tongue?

Electric or manual jack?

Location?

Unloaded weight?


From what I can see, it has two Pros over a standard enclosed since it has the side escape/exit door on the drivers side so loading/unloading is easier and the longer, reinforced a-frame tongue.
