What's it worth, 1.6 upgrade time

I'm putting in a 1.6 16v, have a solid 1.3 with 129k on it runs great with myside2? 44mm screaming eagle Harley carb on it I won't need/have space for... anybody need it or know what I should ask?

Might get $400 for rebuild able 1.3 block, most are trashed. $1200 for a stock 1.3 long block rebuild at my local machine shop.
I passed on the 1.6 and did a 1.3 with 1.6 valves and a cam, 89' 1.6 efi and built a stand alone harness.

Pull the myside kit off and sell it on facebook for $400ish and ask $200 for the motor. If someone can see it run/drive it first maybe $400
