Besides the obvious.

The adlers sold it years ago, it's changed owners a couple different times since then. Now wheel pros is the new owner with a bunch of other companies they recently acquired.

Wheel Pros is just swooping up everything. ReadyLift, TeraFlex, Morimoto. I set up with them a year ago and keep getting all the bonus accounts. :smokin:

did you see magna flow bought camburg? will be interesting to see how that shakes out
Did not. Most of the small companies that are the backbone of the industry have been Botton up by large conglomerate. I’m not sure how that’s going to shake out.

unfortunately it is not good for the industry, but cant blame em. take the money and run

Will this spell the end of 4wp retail stores? I never go but order from them when no other option presents. As their Canadian shipping is cheap and only $10

It definitely means the end of their awesome stores/warehouses. Looks like 4WP is still a brand but if you buy from a 4WP online store whatever you is bought drop ships from whoever actually sells it. So it’s an unnecessary middle man. If you buy something from them and have a problem you will never get a person on the phone.

I ordered a winch for the new build. The order confirmation email showed it shipping to a different address than I had entered. I tried for days to get ahold of them to correct their mistake and got nowhere. I never got a “shipped” confirmation either. I just got a notification when it had been delivered to the wrong address. I had to drive a 3 hour round trip to pick it up from the wrong place. Thankfully the person it got delivered to let me have it.

 geez that sucks for all the above companies. I've quit buying from places that get bought up like this. Quality and Customer Service if there was any goes out the window.

Summit is about the only big one I buy stuff from on somewhat of a regular basis.

I spoke to my Wheel Pros rep this past week. Absolutely clueless. Zero clue about any of the transition stuff.

My rep stops in once a month and goes over stuff with me. Promotions, specials, etc. it also helps that they have a location 25 minutes from me I guess.

Wheel Pro's or Meyer...Meyer contacted me to setup my account says they took it over?
