Use this a cast iron skillet, lightly flour the pieces and fry it with a little bacon grease. after you fry it up scrape up the pan and add some flour to the scrapin's. Mix in some whole cream and heat it to thicken.

I bought a 6 pack of various flavors just to try it. It's basically just a meal replacement drink. Taste was meh. Kind of had a chalky after taste. I can see carrying a bottle for an easy to carry lunch, but I'd rather just pack a sammich and water. I would not buy again, $20 for 6 bottles.
