What is it? (Tuesday Question)

Found this stand thing at my parents house. No clue what it is. Anyone know? It's cast aluminum and says "WTI" on the side and "SAV" on the bottom of shelves.

That's it. Dad had some old dark-room/photography stuff. Still not sure what it's for exactly, but I can file it away in the pile of old darkroom stuff.
