Weather chicks hyping up the forecast

Not just the chicks, but the dudes too. I realize they hype weather events in order to get clicks/views, but I really wish they wouldn't.

I am in the Estes Park area. Weather.com has me in the ~20" range.

Based on the warm temps and what I can gather from other news sources, I'm thinking 16" MAX

This chick is pretty smoking though :smokin: Wish I got a better pic of her.

Yeah Denver news channels have a beauty/clothes pageant going for weather chicks lately. Some nice tiny spinners too.

Supposedly could get up to 2 feet here too. Not buying it.

Where we are, they hype everything to the max to keep people off the roads if possible. My plow guys appreciate it but idiots still prevail.

It's easier to say a storm was an underachiever than an overachiever.

She seems nice

I'm not meteorologist, but she could expect at least 6" tonight.
 
In order to see hot weather girls i'd have to sit through trite inane bullshit "news" so I'll just keep my weather and tit's seperate I guess.

I have noticed this too that every single storm or heat wave (AKA Summer) get blown wildly out of proportion every single time, it is partially withdrawals from covid fear porn and partially climate change agenda. Try to get people to constantly panic about the weather and then offer to solve the problem with socialism.

I distinctly remember the time we had a storm come in and SF closed their schools and everybody panicked because it hadn't rained in three years and it turned out to be just a normal storm. The whole thing has been broken since then.
 
The weather forecast is severely exaggerated to create a sense of fear to promote the climate change scam.

It’s quite a joke and you’d have to be a complete moron to take anything they say serious.

Anytime it’s gonna rain for a couple days in California is now a “severe weather event”. They’ll claim massive flooding, mudslides, 10’ of snow, etc. None of that will occur, but the simpletons continue watching.

A couple years back, we had a few drought years, perfectly normal based on scientific data from history, but that’s ignored, because those scientists weren’t following the current agenda

Instead, every news station had a “drought desk”. They’d go on every day about our lack of water and claim that rain is never coming back. newsom would hold press conferences about this being our “new norm” cause by climate change.

I don't even bother with the local weather guessers anymore...and none look like the ones here.

They're always wrong. I try to get a sense of what might happen from the NWS, but those dumbasses will change their guesses on an hourly basis.

I work between Longmont and Boulder at it was decided to shut down tonight and open back up Friday based on a fucking forguess, fucking snowflakes.
 
Man I gotta get back into the mountains. Winter in Fort Collins has been lame this year. Missing my old place around evergreen, looks like they should be getting a decent bit around there.

Ahh, yep, not far at all. I was on High Dr. Closer/faster to get down to Evergreen (or conifer), but considered a Morrison address. I was right near the top of Lone Peak. That place was pretty cool, super secluded, a few acres, but could still get down into denver pretty easy for work stuff. I've gotta figure out how to get back into the hills if I'm going to stay around Denver with my next move. :laughing:
