I have an old vehicle with a lighter socket that I'm trying to replace with USB type.

This picture shows the lighter style I'm trying to replaced:

My quick searching on Amazon came close:

I like the three USB plugs and all aluminum housing. I hate the LED lighting. Anyone have a better recommendation?

What LED lighting are you referring to? Linked adapter has no lights listed in the description..
 
scuff the lit plastic tab with sandpaper to dull it or dab paint on it.
 
As noted, customer reviews show LED. I dislike LED as an aesthetic.

My other issue is my lighter wiring is always hot. My rig is my daily driver but I don't drive daily so I'd rather not kill a battery with LED shit everywhere:flipoff2:
 
I had a similar issue finding one for my camper. I didn’t want a bright LED shining on my bed. I ended up with this one, it’s not very fancy but it works well.
