Under sink water heater recommendations

I am working on a garage apartment/man cave. It will have a small countertop with a sink and needs a small water heater since it is detached from the house. It needs to be compact and run off of a 15amp 110 outlet. It seems there are 2 types the on demand tankless and small 2-3 gallon tanks style. This is only going to be for occasional use and can be unplugged when not in use to save electricity if that is even a concern. Anyone have any recommendations?

Point of use type.
It only heats when demand for water.

I had actually been looking at the Bosch. Just wasn’t sure on a good brand. A lot of reviews on these things seem pretty crappy. Probably just a sign of the times.

Read the installation manual before buying. I forget the brand I bought but it monitors the water flow. To little and it does not come on to much it shuts off.

I saw that on one I looked at. It had some sort of aerator/restrictor to make it work properly.
