And despite what some claim Obama was born in Hawaii which was a state before he was born, so all the bullshit about him not being eligible is just that................................... bullshit.

A federal pardon can be issued prior to the start of a legal case or inquiry, prior to any indictments being issued, for unspecified offenses, and prior to or after a conviction for a federal crime. Ford's broad federal pardon of former president Richard M. Nixon.

I hope they just end it but I doubt they will. I hope Trump doesn't run again but I doubt he won't. I hope that he will realize he got in did some good, tired to make some changes and make can help change from the outside if he wants to help. I doubt he will. And my respect for the man as waned alot since. I realize it's not all true but there were several accusations and accounts of his behavior that are very troubling if even a little bit true.. However I haven't seen anything that would be chargeable, unless there is a conduct unbecoming to the office, etc.

the biggest part of all that is not whether is a citizen or not, its how did he get his passports? Didnt he travel to indonesia on an indonesian passport? He claimed all through his college he was Kenyan. how did he register for school with no birth certificate? How did he register to run for state office in Illinois? how did he register to run for the US senate with no birth certificate?

the issue is if he was a citizen or not, the issue is what he lied about, presented as false documents, used to his advantage until he decided to run for office. the only BC thats ever been shown is from 2008. He never needed a BC before 2008? Its insane.

Which is how we ended up with a lot of the shitty stuff that fucked us in the long run. Like the rent and eviction deals. He could have fought that but they would have had a field day with it and it would have hindered other things.

I don't know if this is good or bad for RNC? Several ways to look at it. They already paid out $2 mil. But then of course if he wins then they pick right back up. Regardless with the D's vs the R's on lawsuits, the political legal system sure don't sound fair...
